Resolving Delivery

<p>My mother taught me there is always three sides to a story: your side, the other party's side and the TRUTH. And as I can go and explain the whole scenario, I will not bore you with irrelevant details.<br /><br />In short, Ann Fabre, an Executive Customer Service Agent of Dawnwing took it upon her shoulders to address and resolve matters of an irate customer (me). She took responsibility and within a few minutes and communication between the relevant parties, matters were resolved. <br /><br />I applaud her and her team for quick and professional service.</p>
