Refuse to read delivery instructions

I am a longstanding customer of Faithful2Naure and they use Dawn Wing courier for their deliveries to me in East London. Delivery instructions in CAPITAL letters are on the delivery note, but since they've changed delivery person, instructions are simply ignored. They are there for a reason, the main one being that a delivery to me does not disturb my landlord, a healthcare professional. Is it so difficult to follow simple instructions????????????
