Recklessly endangering customers

Disgusting excuse for service. I've been waiting for an urgent business item all day and it has not arrived. Your delivery hours are until 18:30 and it is now 18:55 - no delivery. I've been in the queue for customer service for over two HOURS. It has now literally cost me more in airtime trying to get an answer than it would have cost to get another courier company to find your missing driver, retrieve my package, and deliver it to me. Absolutely shameful. It is also extremely inconsiderate, thoughtless, and quite frankly, recklessly stupid to expect women on their own to open their gates to unknown men after dark. This country is not safe enough for that and you're creating situations where customers have to feel anxious and nervous about receiving their packages. It happens every time you are the courier chosen by a store I've ordered from. I rescheduled the first time because I felt so uncomfortable about it being dark already, but then they just came after dark the next time too. And every other time. This is really unacceptable and very dangerous for your customers, not only the women. And now, if I don't receive this item tonight, I may lose one of my own clients, and then I will be suing for the loss of income. This company treats customers as though they are worthless dirt who don't even matter as human beings.
