Received the most Horrible and the worst service from Dawn Wing

Dawn Wing Couriers has provided me with the worst service ever, On Wed the 26th of January i received an sms saying my parcel is out for delivery, I stayed at home the whole day waiting for my parcel, at 15:05 I received an sms saying that the delivery failed due to my unavailability and yet the driver (Julius Ruites) did not even contact me. I called to follow up, they told me it was gonna be delivered Thursday, I waited and waited nothing came. I followed up again and the consultant had the audacity to tell me i should go collect it myself at their East London warehouse.

I have been calling them using my airtime and they kept making empty promises, was further told the matter is being escalated but nothing, and yet I am telling them I urgently need the parcel. now they are telling me I will only receive it on Monday the 31st.

I will never again use their services. Service is Horrible, no sense of urgency what so ever. I have run out patience this is totally unacceptable
