Really frustrating experience. Don't waste your time with Dawn Wing

Terrible service. Waiting for a delivery from dawn wing and following the tracking updates then suddenly it changes from " in transit" to "exception" and says "We were unable to successfully complete the delivery of your parcel" and "HUB MANIFESTED NOT RECEIVED" and dawn wing will contact you. I tried to contact them to find out what this means but the phone rings endlessly and then cuts off. Even the receptionist line doesn't pick up. How must one know what is going on. Really frustrating. Don't waste your time with them. What is customer service to you? Just answer the phone and tell me where my parcel is.
