Rather Use The Courier Guy

I have a package sent to me from Gauteng, to the North West. For 5 Days the package has been up and down from Nelspruit to Nelspruit. After holding on For 47min to the call Centre, the guy tells me he will escalate the problem, when i ask for a reference number, he cant supply me with one. Rather use the Courier Guy, way better service.
