Pure disappointment

This is really one of the most terrible companies around. I reached out to the customer service centre to inform them that I was supposed to be getting a delivery from the Johannesburg office and that they keep on calling me back and I never received an SMS from them and they just simply told me that they can’t help me because they can’t transfer me to the own offices which is just really shocking and the consultant made no attempt to try help me resolve my issue instead they just said they can’t help me I’m really unsatisfied with this service.
