Thank you Dawn Wing for so efficiently rectifying a problem with my package. Sherwin kept in touch with me and kept me informed of the steps he was taking, and Jabulile made sure I got my package delivered on a Friday evening. In a time where bad service abounds, it is wonderful to be able to say thank you for your efficient service Jabu and Sherwin.
