Product's not delivered after 6 days!!

I am highly disappointed in Dawn Wing! I've been tracking my parcel since the 6th of May and expected delivery was supposed to be the 11th and till day nothing!. I called the call centre twice and spoke to a Chantal, i called in the morning and later in the afternoon only to be told that i don't have to call the whole day! I have never had a problem with any other courier company. I am beyond livid!
