Post office functions better than Dawn Wing

The company will NOT notify you when they deliver your parcel at all!!!! Just hand it over to some random stranger, even when the delivery contains sensitive information and actually requires your ID to verify that is you!!! I’ve had several horrible encounters, delivery in a completely different town than specified. The person who it was delivered to wrongly contacted me.. (thank goodness) BUT that should never occur! If my contact information was visible, why in the hell did the courier not call me!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY! I’ve had better experiences with the post office, and that’s saying something.
