Drivers don't wait for the customer to come outside to sign before driving off. I received a text today to say that the driver was outside my building. Not 60 seconds later, he had driven off without waiting for me or bothering to phone me. Call centre bounces you from city to city. I was first connected to Cape Town, who then connected me to Bloem and then a third time connected to Durban (where I actually live) Once connected to Durban, I was transferred 4 times because no one was able to help me. I would not recommend Dawn Wing to anyone and as a small business owner, I would never use Dawn Wing as I would be embarrassed to permit my clients to deal with this nonsense.
