POOR UTTERLY POOR SERVICE!!!!! YOU DONT CARE. ITS BASICALLY "WHATEVER" TO YOU

The reason I rated 5 star I want it to be on TOP bcz this company has *** communication, irresponsible drivers and its so hard to get them . The driver named (KEENAN BERNARD AH SHENE with vehicle KNC345EC) who was delivering my parcel at my workplace, gave my parcel to a stranger I don't know, as a result I do not have my parcel in hand as I'm speaking. And I was immediately sent a message that my parcel is delivered. Mind you I cannot call them bcz it goes straight to a call centre that I'm not sure if it has agents cos you stay on the line and when you're caller number 1 their line cuts on their side or the line keeps quiet once you get an agent, it's like they are doing it on purpose, YOUR SERVICE IS SICKENING DPD LASER!!!!!!!
