POOR TO NO SERVICE DELIVERY!

I order AIM products on a regular basis, but I CONSTANTLY have to call the company to ask why DAWN has not delivered after the appropriate time or send me messages saying they could not deliver. When following up with Dawn, they REPEATEDLY put in the incorrect codes or none at all, even though the orders that go through has the correct address and codes. This has been flagged as a problem to DAWN, but so far there has been no corrective action. It's as if the people who have to type in the shipment orders on DAWN's side cannot read or care. Very unprofessional!! Ps. I still have not received my parcel I ordered last week.

For those of you struggling with DAWN, I can highly recommend Courier Guy. I have other products I order from another company using Courier Guy and I get my orders within two days.
