Poor service. no pickup

On the 1st Dec i paid for a pickup of a parcel, one week later i called their call centre and was told that the pickup would happen same day. another week later i am told by my supplier that the parcel was still with them. :-( My daughter had a similar experience in getting her police clearance picked up by Dawn Wing. I now only want my money back so that i may take my business elsewhere .
