Poor Service - No Delivery

Good Day<br> <br> Dawn Wing was requested to courier a parcel to Ixopo from Johannesburg on Tuesday and I requested Overnight Delivery. I called the call center on Wednesday and was advised that the parcel is currently out on delivery. Yesterday I sent another parcel the the same receiver in Ixopo. I received a call yesterday afternoon from the receiver stating that he did not receive the package. I called your call center this morning and was advised that the parcel i sent this morning is out on delivery and the parcel I sent on Tuesday will only be delivered on \SPECIAL DAYS". How can it be on Wednesday it was on on delivery and suddenly now its a special area and the parcel that I sent yesterday is out on delivery today. Both these parcels are going to the same receiver. The call center has been of no help and does not return calls as promised. I have been waiting for a call from Ronelle for a few hours now. """
