Poor service from DPD laser/ Dawn wing

I ordered from Makro in Port Elizabeth. It had to be courier to East London. The parcel was received by the depot in East London on the 23rd just past 6am. The due date for delivery was on the 26th of November. I have tried all avenues to get hold of the East London branch to no availability. I have phoned the *** number Monday the 28th and was promised she will email them and make sure it goes out for delivery on the following day. That being Tuesday the 29th I phoned again to be told the parcel is still at the depot and I need to hold for someone at queries. So holding on get an automated message saying the person is not available to leave a message. This is the most pathetic service.
