Poor Service from Dawn Wing Couriers

Dawn Wing couriers need to close their doors as their service has become pathetic. Urgently required a parcel to be delivered on overnight express to a client. Phoned this morning to track the parcel, got told their is bit of a delay but the parcel is down in Durban and will still be delivered to the client in the morning. I followed up again a few hours later as my client had not received the parcel, to be told that the parcel has not even arrived in Durban yet, it is still on a truck on the way down to Durban!!! No phone calls or e-mails to even say that there was a delay.... And all I get told is that there is nothing that they can do.... Dawn Wing your service is POOR!!
