Poor service from Dawn Wing

I placed an order on Monday with Mr Price Online. I received a notification on Friday morning that my parcel would be delivered. I waited for a notification but got nothing. Later the day I went online to track the parcel only to see that the status shows that I was not available for the delivery.

There is no missed call on my cellphone so the driver probably called once to my work phone.

I am really upset because I needed the parcel for the Saturday and it will now only be delivered on Monday.

Usually a delivery person will try and contact a person again if you missed the call or usually my packages are left with the security at my workplace.

I am really disappointed in Dawn Wing , as the parcel that I needed wont be received by me in time. I would never use their services again.
