Poor service from CLICKS and Dawn Wing courier service

I ordered goods online from CLICKS on 30th July 2021, they sent a response that payment was confirmed and Dawn Wing courier service will be delivering the parcel. To-date i have not received my parcel and everyday I get a message that the driver is NDALO HANTI with registration # WST256GP. And he is 12 minutes away from my delivery address, but never shows up. This is bringing CLICKS and Dawn Wing courier service into disrepute.
