Poor service!

My very expensive parcel arrived at Dawn Wing JHB on 6 May. Only on the 10th of May it arrived in Cape Town. My parcel was delivered yesterday without me even signing for it. I was home, they didn’t even bother to call. They left it with a neighbour without my consent. This is unacceptable! Luckily I phoned around and my neighbour said he received it, but my question is. Who would be responsible if I wasn’t able to locate my parcel worth R2500?
