POOR SERVICE

My parcel was suppose to have been delivered 04 May 2021 but couldn't because apparently they don't service my area on that day. Today 07 May I made numerous calls requesting a call back from Kuruman hub as they couldn't give me the number to call myself. I wanted to make arrangements to go collect the parcel myself because I am in need of it! Hence I bought it! Even now no one has called me and I am about to leave town. I am so stranded!
