Poor Service delivery from Dawn Wing

Very, very poor service from Dawn Wing - I have been struggling for two weeks to get my parcel delivered and I need it for my work!!!! Every time they promise today I will get my parcel and then nothing happens - they are just not delivering, the address for deliver has been confirmed with them they have my contact details, we keep waiting every day but no show from Dawn Wing!!! If when they rate the call as urgent - nothing still happens - absolute poor service!!!!! I am very disappointed in your service!
