Poor service delivery

Poor service delivery between Dawn wing and Jacklin Enterprises, my parcel was collected the 14th November from jacklins warehuse as per Jacklin Enterprises and still not delivered, neither Jakclin Enterprises or DawnWing can assist as no one has the waybill number, My wifes package was collected the same day from jacklin and she received hers Monday, also no waybill number supp****, Dawn Wings service is just as terrible and pathetic as the service at Jacklin Enterprises. not sure how these people still manage to keep there doors open.
