Poor service delivery

Waiting for my Sh Zen products to be delivered. Spoke to Zabia on Friday promised to deliver products by Monday. He then cut the call. Aviwe called on Tuesday to say Google maps gives incorrect delivery address . They always deliver to the same address. Not sure why Sh Zen partners with courier service that is so ***********. Ive reported this to Sh Zen since ladt year. I had several bad experiences with Dawnwing. Not customer centred at all.
