Poor service

My parcel is still not here and their online texting system is useless. My parcel was supposed to be delivered at 11am, it is now 13:10, and the parcel is still not here!!! Nobody has spoken to me as to why the delay, I’m sitting not knowing if my parcel is being delivered or not!! Dawn Wing is absolutely useless!!!😡😡😡
