Poor Service

Poor service, I received an sms regarding my parcel when I tried answering on the sms to redirect the driver to come deliver at my work place as I was not at home sms said I run out time and the driver is gone and the sms had a call center number which I have been calling since 10:00 Friday till 16:40. Today is Monday and I have been calling since 8:00 using number *** as per sms but no one is answering and I also tried *** still no answer. This is my first time using this courier service and I must say their service sucks. If only they could pick up the phone and answer just maybe I would reconsider using their services
