Poor service Dawn Wing

According to Dawn Wing website my parcel was delivered this morning and signed by myself whereas I didnt sign for the parcel. The person delivering my parcel says he called me and I said I'm coming which is a blatant lie.

I missed his call and called him later and he said he had left as he was outside and I did not come out. If thats the case why does the website say that I signed for the package.

Furthermore I asked him why he did not buzz at the gate as the security would have called me had there been a problem. The instruction for delivery was to ask for number 18 at the gate which the delivery person did not do. He told me that according to the company rules he is not allowed to enter complexes. Does the company rules also state that my parcel must be left with anyone that I have not consented to or that the status of the order should be changed to delivered and signed for when that clearly was not the case?

I called customer service and requested them to pick up the parcel from whomever signed for it which was not myself and return the parcel so I can get a refund from the store. Even after calling customer care the status remains the same as delivered. Can this be attended and my refund processed. ***
