Poor service - Dawn Wing

I don’t understand why suppliers are using them. They are absolutely the worst courier company i ever came upon. Besides the parcel being marked to phone before delivery and me phoning the call centre 3 time to ensure they phone me it never happen. The email updates on progress also poor - you can request certain actions which is to no prevail. Poor poor service
