Poor service- Dawn Wing

Purchase goods from Donna Claire on 16th of Feb 2021. 7 Items in total, 2 was delivered next day with Ram couriers. Driver called cell as instructed on delivery detail. The day after remaining items despatched with Dawn Wing, after 11AM I received a message stating to confirm delivery? Notice goods was signed for by Antonia? Contact customer service, said the lady signed because "she said she knows you" I have no idea who this woman is also wrong complex delivered. Driver Theboho did not call cell as per instruction, gave parcel to a domestic, did not take her detail or cell number and left. Goods now missing!!!! Called Dawn Wing the lady said she will investigate and speak to the driver then call me back, still waiting..... Bad bad service indeed. Now I have to pay for something that I never received.
