Poor service

I was expecting a delivery from Herbalife which was to be delivered by Dawn Wing couriers. The driver(Ronnie) didn’t call me or text me at any point during the day to tell what time to expect him.

He eventually tried to call me at 16:53 pm whilst I was on a work teleconference. I excused myself from the teleconference and called him at 16:56 pm. He then rudely told me that he had been waiting for me for more than 15 minutes and had since left.

I since sent him screenshots to show him that the calls were three minutes apart and he can’t explain why he didn’t tell me during the day to expect him at a specific time. I can’t sit around and wait for a delivery all day.

If this is the type of service that Dawn Wing offers then I’m definitely not going to be using them or recommending them again.

This has got to be the worst courier service that I’ve experienced. What makes matters worse is that my delivery was supposed was already late and was meant to be delivered last week.
