Poor service by Dawn Wing and Poetry

Poor service delivery and terrible customer service by Dpd laser and Poetry. 2 weeks later and still waiting for delivery of order. If you call DPD laser customer service you are no 50 in the queue with 30min waiting time! Have called Poetry customer service 4 times and still no delivery.
