Poor Service

I ordered a parcel on the 1st of June. Today is the 11th and that parcel still has not reached me... This is now a total of 9 business days. Longer than economy service & road freight.

I tried to call numerous times on numerous numbers and no one is answering the phones. Only a machine that has you on hold for endless minutes. I sent an e-mail, but still no feedback.

This is the poorest service that I have ever received from a delivery company. Honestly. I am really disgusted.
