I received incomplete delivery now all I am getting is a runaround when i ask when my full delivery is coming

Yesterday I was told by Glen that the 2nd box is in transit and they are waiting for the 2nd box which they expecting overnight and the 2 will be delivered today.Today I received a call from Sandra telling me that she cant find any outstanding delivery for me and she will find out from Busi.I have been treated unfairly and unprofessional
