Poor service and communication

I paid a premium for Dawn Wing's overnight delivery service. Several business days have passed and I have not received my package. I have not received any communication from the company and I can not get hold of them. Tracking information on their website is vague. From what I can tell from their tracking information, my package is in the city but they just haven't dispatched it for delivery.
