Poor Service all around

The people you speak to over the phone are rude and obnoxious! When you ask to be transferred they drop the line. They have no contact details for anyone working in the industry. Parcels get thrown into the collection vehicles even if FRAGILE stickers are placed all over the boxes. Fridays are "Holidays" as they dont collect on those days and then mark it as "failed collection" as if no one was home. They charge incorrect pricing, and dont even know how their own system works for bookings. Highly upset and do not recommend. They are NOT no.1 in SA at all. received better service from Courier Guy and thats saying ALOT!
