Poor service again

On the 6th at 9:38am I received the sms saying that my parcel will be delivered, and then at 11:09am I received a call from the driver saying that he is outside, I told him that it was an old address which was updated before the delivery date, he said ok he was going to deliver the parcel later that day. At 13:47 I called the call centre and I was told that my delivery was rescheduled for the 7th. Yesterday I called multiple times and was told that the parcel is on the way, I waited the whole day and the parcel did not arrive.

I am so disappointed and unhappy with this poor service, as it has caused a lot of inconvenience on my side. Isabella Garcia should reconsider the use of this courier company as they are going to loose customers.
