Poor service

I had a parcel that was supposed to be delivered on the 23 June, due to Dawn wing not reading the delivery address they got lost and did not stick to the delivery date. I had to call them myself to find out why. They rescheduled the parcel for today 24 June 2021. Still no delivery. When I phone I get told the driver sent me an SMS. Which I never got. Still no parcel no call nothing let's just ignore her. This needs to be sorted out. You would think they want the business
