Poor service

Disgusting service, i was supposed to get my parcel on the 24 November 22, they later send sms that the can't deliver. The following day 25 November got sms that they will deliver but i have been waiting the whole day without any update. I missed even because they failed to deliver. I should have made plan B. Their service is beyond poor.
