Poor service

Really bad service. Parcel was in transit from the 6th of August 2021 and ETA was set to the 13th of August. Delivery was unsuccessful but I received no communication from the company. Each time I called I was given an different ETA which was incorrect. Parcel was apparently out for delivery on the 17th of August (again had to call to get this info). The driver tried calling but couldn't reach me (network was non-existent on the day) and then decided head back to Durban with my parcel even though he never reached my location and never knocked on my door. I was at home the whole day waiting for them. Wouldn't recommend them, really unprofessional and poor customer service.
