Poor service

This company needs a serious restructuring. My parcel number *** Haven’t been delivered since Monday. Even the site to track the parcel don’t work properly branch in Durban and Johannesburg are useless. I phoned them several times today to ask about my parcel no luck this company got a very poor service. I even emailed Casian Mlimo this no luck. I think they need to send their works for training on how to treat customers
