Poor service

<p>I am exepcting a delivery from dion Wired. I received an sms that my delivery will be made today. I tried to respond to the sms link that Dawnwing sent me to reschedule my delivery date, but the site just hangs when I select the new date. And when I call the call centre I hold for at least 12 minutes, only to be told to phone a branch - which doesn't pick up. Very frustrating. Not recommended.</p>
