Poor service

Dawn wing is the worse courier service i've never seen i'm my life, i bought a per of shoes on the 23 Nov, I called them wanting to know the outcome of my delivery no one give me an positive answer about it or the where about of my delivery they will tell me that the parcel its on the way but nothing, then they said they will transfer my call to this lady by the name of Busi in Johannesburg warehouse , she is the worst person ever at first she didn't want to talk to me. But i kept on calling because i wanted those shoes for my son. After 3 weeks of calling Dawn Wing and threatening them that i'm going to take action against them Busi decided to answer my call... The other thing is the Driver told my little Sister that I talk too much. I have to because its my money and its doesn't mean that if we don't pay for that delivery they will do as they pleased....
