POOR service

You struggle to get somebody to assist when their system shows your parcel has been delivered and you did not received it. They send you from Pta to Jhb to Durban and all the staff are ***********. Everyone will follow up and phone you back, they are good in making promises just a pity that they cant keep them !! Don't think you can speak to a manager - it seems if they don't exist then they have the cheek to tell you that the parcel was delivered and signed for, but why will I query it if I did receive it?? They cant tell me where did they deliver it. This is so annoying to deal with this company. Think twice before you use them.
