Poor Service

i sent a parcel yesterday via overnight courier - Jhb - Kby Themba assured me that it would be delivered by 11am. I called the following day and was promised delivery by 11am the following day. I called just before 11am and was promised that someone would call me back. nobody called back . an hour later i called 4 times - and was put onhold. finally after 12:00 Vera takes my call and advises me that no overnight delivery is available for that area. it was critical that the parcel arrives there by 12pm. <br> <br> I could have used another SP to get the parcel in Kby on time. Really poor poor poor service. Im really disgusted and more saddened by the service received.
