POOR POOR SERVICE

Operators are actually super friendly so you think you being heard and that your instruction is being taken but needless to say I am still without my package after calling over and over. Every time I call no one can tell me when my package will arrive, so having friendly operators really doesn't help. Somewhere along the line instructions just fall away, really terrible service. I am also paying for a fibre line that I can't use due to the delay of this router.
