Poor or No service

Delivers at adr. once then for the next delivery they claim adr. Incorrect???? They then just don’t deliver and send a message 7 days later to say I must call them, not once have they tried to contact me in 7 days while they have my parcel - also did not even bother to check my adr on a gps as it is picked up and they have delivered here before. Instead they send a message 20:15 on a Sun night stating adr. Incorrect and I must call them. I’m tierd of the poor service from couriers and can’t see how this service is acceptable.
