Poor delivery service

The call center agents do what they can to assist but it terms of a courier company being able to deliver a parcel the service is pathetic. About 2 months ago a parcel I was suppose to receive which got lost they couldn't find it. Then now again the parcel tracking status is out for delivery for more than day and they weren't even sure where the address is. How can a courier company be this poor at doing what their core purpose is to deliver parcels...
