Poor delivery service

I am very disappointed in Dawn Wing's service. They claim to have tried to deliver a parcel to my on 3 separate occasions the past week despite the fact that I have not left my house in 7 days, had my phone with me everywhere I went and ran out to the street several times a day when I hear something. They have not called me once, or even sent a message, despite the fact that my instructions were clear that they have to call when at the gate. I called their offices 4 times and every time I spoke to a different person who gave me different information and made me a different promise. There does not seem seem to be a consistent policy on what the drivers are supposed to do. The last promise they made was yesterday to make a special delivery today (Saturday) but when I called their office just now there was no delivery scheduled. How is that possible to have such ****py systems and poor service and still have a business?
