Poor Delivery Service

Orders some shoes from New Balance that were meant to be delivered in 2 business days. Called NB who told me that they were in transit and the delay was being caused by the courier. Called Dawn Wing to see if I would still get delivery which they confirmed. Now just called them again and told that my delivery is still on the floor because they are too busy, what nonsense.
