Poor delivery condition and unconcerned delivery staff!

Pathetic delivery staff. Will actively avoid using them or any company that uses them.

I've ordered from Makro about a month and a half back. Eventually, when the delivery did arrive in a big branded 'Dawn Wing' truck, the items were either squashed or had tears in them. Majority of the items were not even in packaging or in boxes. The tea bags ordered were kept loose under 3x 25kg Dog food! It took the delivery guys more than 20 minutes just to find my items as everything was not in any order. Just strewn around.

When I asked the driver if the items didn't come in boxes or why everything was dumped on top of each other, he simply laughed, got in the truck, and drove off.
